◎Eligibility：
       Ⅰ.This competition is divided into the four categories of calligraphy,
            ink painting, watercolor and oil painting.The qualifications for
            participating in each category are as follows:
         1. Calligraphy
              （1）Elementary School Group: Registration is restricted to                        elementary school students from grades 1-6.
              （2）Junior and Senior High School Group: Registration is restricted                        to junior and senior high school students.
              （3）Junior College and Society Group: Registration is restricted to                        University and Junior College students, as well as from the                        society.
              （4）International Group: Any foreigner who is not of R.O.C.                        nationality and does not use Chinese as their mother language.
         2. Chinese brush painting    
              （1）Youth Group: Registration is restricted to elementary and junior                        students, as well as senior high school students.
              （2）Junior College and Society Group: Registration is restricted to                        University and Junior College students, as well as from the                        society.
         3. Watercolor painting      
              （1）Junior and Senior High School Group: Registration is restricted                        to junior and senior high school students.
              （2）Junior College and Society Group: Registration is restricted to                        University and Junior College students, as well as from the                        society.
         4. Oil painting: Not limited.
       Ⅱ. In the event that the awarded works has been proven to be
            plagiarized or having involved in any infringement of copyrights or
            other laws, the organizer shall have the rights to disqualify the
            awarded winners and revoke any prizes and certificates awarded at it
            sole discretions.


◎First round and Final round：
    First Round:
        1.Mailing information:
            The participants should mail or deliver the work to“Secretariat of
            2012 Golden-hot Prizes International Fine Art & Calligraphy
            Competition Center” between April. 5th, 2012(Thu.)
            and April. 30th, 2012(Mon.) ,  Taipei local time (GMT+08:00).

        2. For the first round, all applicants should submit the following items:
            (1) Application form. (Please write personal information in detail.)
            (2)Form for stick work picture.( Fill in the first-round form with the
                  color pictureof work)
           (3)Picture of work. (Picture size : 4x6 inch. A clear color picture,
                 please stick on the submitted form.)
           (4)A CD (contains work picture)( JPG file with 300dpi。Please write
                 participant’s name and the name of work on it.)
           (5)Proof of payment : receipt for the entrance fee The application fee

        3. If come with a group, please provide the name list of the group, and
            make sure each envelop for one person.
        4. Either information or material incomplete will not be accepted.
        5. All the materials of the first round will not be returned.  Please make
            sure you have your own copy.
        6. The qualification of first round will be announced by May. 5th,
            2012 at http://www.yatsen.gov.tw and www.e-artTV.com ,
            will be notify by e-mail.
        7.All works have to be completed in two years, and do not be entered
            in any competition.


Final Round:
        1. For Chinese brush painting、Oil painting and Watercolor painting
            categories :we will inform the qualified applicants by e-mail.
            Please send your original creation work to attending the final
            round between July. 10th, 2012 to July 31th, 2012.
        2. Calligraphy: we will inform the qualified applicants by e-mail.
            Please attend the final competition on Aug. 18th, 2012
        3. Please enclose the final selection form with the creation work.

        4. The following winners will be awarded to participants based on the
            judges’ evaluation of final round. One Gold Winner、two Sliver
            Winner、two Bronze Winner and several Entrants Winners.
        5. If the judge panel decides that a work fails to meet the review
            selection standard, theprize can be without a winner.
        6. First and second round’s creation should be the same one, please do
            not mark anything on it. Any violation will result in being rejected
            from the review selection.
        7. All the reviewed winning works will be displayed in the exhibition.
            The Organizer  has all copy rights, including the right to use for
            research, photographing, publication, promotion, and exhibition
            without any limit of time, location, and frequency.
        8. The number of awards will be increased or decreased according to
             the awarding standard or the number of participants.


◎ Competition standards：

Calligraphy	A signature in any form is required. There is no limit in calligraphy style and content, but counterdrawing is prohibited. ◎ Appraisal and reward：

1. ※The winner of Golden-hot Prizes is going to have an interview by
        Taiwan and CCTV(中央電視台書畫頻道)
     ※The winner of Golden-hot Prizes is going to have a TV show with
        「Hesen Art Scene」
     ※The winner of Golden-hot Prizes not only can get a TV interview ,
        but also can received a Certificate and an award.
     ※The winner of Golden-hot Prizes is going to get a CD of TV                      interview.
     ※The winner of Golden-hot Prizes is going to get a membership
         card of our company.
     ※The winner of Golden-hot Prizes is going to have an exhibition
         around the countries.
     ※The Golden-hot Prizes of creation will be archived to the
         Organiser's collection and also can received a Certificate.
     ※The winner of creation will be arranged present on TV.
     ※All the winner of creation and Award Ceremony will be record.

2. Award of final selection. One Gold Winner、two Sliver Winner、

※Monetary prizes will be gross, but the income tax will be deducted
    from all monetary prizes according to government regulations
    (The winners from abroad shall pay for 20% income tax).


◎ Other important notes:
1. All works submitted for preliminary selection and review selection by
    post or couriermust be properly packed, the Organiser is not liable for
    any damage caused by transportation and broken package. The
    Organiser is not responsible for package; please pack with corrugated
    boxes for transportation.
2. All works submitted for review selection from foreign locations can send
    it in roll without backing and framing.
3. All winning works in the exhibition cannot be borrowed during the period
    between submission and return.
4. Organizer reserves the right to configure the exhibition layout according
    to the exhibition space in each location.
5. Return:
(1) All works that have not won will be accept for returned application
       from  3rd October 2012 to 10th October 2012 (excluding Sunday),
       Please pick up the work from the Organiser or we could arrange
       transportation on applicant's behalf . The applicant has to pay the
       shipping cost. We are not responsible for keeping the works beyond
       this period and have all the right to handle them in any way
       afterwards.
(2) For works haven't claimed after one month, the Organiser will not
       responsible for them and will dispose them without any notification,
       the contenders hold no right for objections.
6. Winners must accept the award in person, absence will be deemed as
     giving up. The number of prizes can be increased or reduces according
     to the level or number of winners.
